1. I prefer payment via Venmo app. Just link your bank account and it’s easy to use! Hit the Venmo Payment button below or use @collindavid. You can also directly pay with credit card via Square (button below). You are welcome to purchase a package of classes.
2. Send me an email (button below) with class dates you’ll be attending.
You must pre-register for classes in advance. Please issue payment as early as possible the day before and no later than 1 hour before class. After payment, you’ll receive the Zoom invite link 5 to 10 min before class. Each class will have a unique link for security purposes. This is a safe community & I encourage you all to turn on your cameras so I can assist you personally through your practice.
DISCLAIMER: At any point that you are unable to follow an exercise, feel free to skip it until a more appropriate exercise has begun. Don't feel obligated to follow each movement. Always listen to and respect the limitations in your body. You are always encouraged to modify any exercise to be more appropriate for you and if you have questions on how to modify, please reach out as I’ll do my best to cue this during class. This yoga practice is best done on an empty stomach. Also, don't forget to hydrate!

Sun Salutations are great for anyone interested in yoga, looking for a healthy routine to get their day started, or want to explore new variations in their flow practice! Traditionally, this is practiced at sunrise in order to awaken and energize the body. With a consistent practice, the health benefits are truly incredible! Yes, yoga can seem overwhelming with many postures to learn so I've broken down and simplified the basic postures in 8 sequences of yoga movements. Brand new beginners can discover a new way to move and progress to more challenging and advanced techniques. We'll break it down from the ground up with proper breath, alignment, foundation, mindset, and techniques to modify or intensify your practice.
There are 8 versions presented with clear instruction, with each one increasing in intensity. Begin your Sun Salutations practice with version "#1 Sun A: Low Cobra Backbend" and "#2 Sun A: Chair Modified." Practice along with me in the video and repeat it as much as needed. I'll also provide separate video clips of each so it's easier to practice and repeat. When you feel comfortable with the particular sequence, move on to the next.
